Kerem Bürsin was the person who made the most realistic comment about the finale of the TV series Ya Çok Seversen!

Ya Çok Seversen (If You Love) series, starring Kerem Bürsin and Hafsanur Sancaktutan, was one of the most talked about projects of the summer season. It was surprising that the series ended early, even though it attracted a wide audience, created huge interactions on social media, and had very good sales abroad.

This situation, which emerged as a contradiction, was actually an indication of how dependent Turkish TV series are on ratings. Apart from the rating results, the series Ya Çok Seversen had a very good performance in every field and had a very wide impact.

The project, which was given great importance by the audience that closely follows Turkish TV series abroad, was also talked about due to its very good sales abroad. However, despite all these developments, the fact that the series lasted 13 episodes left a question mark in mind.

Kerem Bürsin was the person who made the clearest and most realistic comment on the question asked to him regarding this issue. Here are Kerem Bürsin’s words about the early finale of Ya Çok Seversen series:

“There are actually many equations there. It had a lot of sales abroad and could continue. As you know, unfortunately, we can now finance a TV series with sales from abroad. But it was about something, programming… We have a program, we have other words… Could it be better, yes it could be, like everything.”

With these words of Kerem Bürsin, it is understood that Turkish TV series are actually moving towards survival with sales coming from abroad. In this sense, the TV series “Ya Çok Seversen” may not have gone beyond 13 episodes, but there are many TV series that would not be able to stay on the screen with their low ratings if their international sales were not good.
