FOX has shared a first look at Gülcemal, the network’s upcoming drama series, produced by MF Yapım.
Murat Ünalmış and Melis Sezen lead the series, which is written Eda Tezcan Çalışkan and directed Yusuf Pirhasan. The cast of the series also features Edip Tepeli, Nilay Erdönmez, Atilla Şendil, Cahit Gök, Nilüfer Açıkalın, Samet Kaan Kuyucu, Meltem Akçöl, İpek Ayaz Kortunç, Sabahattin Yakut, Gökçem Çoban, Melike Küçük, and Ayda Aksel.
Gülcemal will center the love story between Gülcemal (Ünalmış) who was abandoned as a child by his mother and the beautiful, Deva (Sezen). What starts off with so much hatred soon drifts into the whirlpool of fire, passion, and storm. Will the grudge Gülcemal has harbored for years prevail? On this path full of costs, will Gülcemal turn from being a vicious hunter to open prey? What about Deva? When she finally surrenders, will she understand that this love is impossible?
